Why Dry Aged?
All of our beef is dry aged for 21 days and can last for several years in your freezer. Our dry-aging process gives our meat a stronger flavor, so you won't need as much salt or seasoning. Additionally, the dry-age process pulls moisture out of the steak and allows the meat's natural enzymes to break down slowly. This means you'll get a tender, more flavorful steak.
